Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
Responsibilities-
- Lead the conceptual creative approach across your team and projects.
- Keeping up to date with current cultural and design trends.
- Provide leadership and direction to the wider creative team for the best creative output.
- Accountable for creative growth targets for the account.
- The ability to manage and develop junior team members and align their objectives to agreed KPI s.
- Develop and direct how to deliver efficiently high volumes of design
Requirements-
- 6-8 years of experience
- Must have an excellent experience in UI/UX, Graphic & Web Designing
- Should be able to handle the Team with discipline
- Strong leadership and creative delivery skills.
- A highly creative thinker with the ability to take and positively influence client briefs with own innovative ideas to deliver those.
- Confident in bringing the right skill sets and talent to projects.
- The ability to manage and develop junior team members.
