We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Lead specializing in MEAN/MERN stack development to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in leading the development of cutting-edge web applications using the MEAN/MERN stack.

You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable web applications using the MEAN/MERN stack.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
  • Coding for high-risk/high-complexity areas or establishing patterns for other developers to follow.
  • Collaborating with management to develop overall project schedules while providing accurate development estimates and identification of project risks.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for technology adoption and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party services, APIs, and external systems.

Requirements

  • Experience Required: 5-7 Years
  • Demonstrated experience with handling Team members.
  • Expertise in server-side development using Node.js and Express.js (for MEAN stack) or MongoDB (for MERN stack).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Application of agile development processes in a leadership capacity.

Qualification

  • MCA, B.Tech / B.Sc /M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
