We have added an easily accessible and ready to use page from where the users can post their question and also check the reviews and comments mentioned by the other fellow users.
Result
As a Result of the implementation, more and more users are engaging with the website as it is being easy for them to know the answers of their queries along with the practical reviews of the other people. Accessibility of the forum section from both the platforms whether it a mobile section or a website makes the user experience more reluctant.
